We don't ask for much in life! Peace, quiet, freedom to get onto and off of our property with our car. It isn't too much to ask is it? Mr Braun, his cronies, contractors and visitors seem to be of a different opinion! Normal neighbours would respect their other neighbours rights and try to inconvenience them as little as possible but, unfortunately, this is a concept that Mr Braun just can't get his head around. He feels entitled to do as he sees fit. Sadly, his group of cronies, friends and contractors seem to have the same approach.
Since the Brauns moved in in 2016 they have never once asked us if we mind them and their visitors blocking the driveway, they just seem to treat it as a right to do so. Even when they began building their kitchen extension it never occurred to them to actually warn us and other neighbours about the potential disruption and inconvenience.
The deeds of their property make it quite clear that they MUST keep the "right of way" clear and MUST NOT inconvenience any other residents but Mr Braun doesn't seem to believe that the rules apply to him!
Other residents are not immune from Mr Braun's ignorance, arrogance, rudeness and selfishness as, even when his visitors park in the street they block other neighbour's vehicles in and when other residents complain to Mr Braun they often receive abuse. It doesn't help that Mr Braun, who until recently had 4 cars (there are only 2 drivers in the Braun family) permanently parks at least 1 of his vehicles in 1 of the 2 visitor parking spaces in the street.
We have suffered rude and belligerent contractors including one who flatly refused to move his vehicle one day despite it completely blocking us in.
Mr Braun holds large parties/gatherings at his house which results in parking mayhem!
The following examples of selfish, ignorant and downright rude parking are just a few of over 100 documented incidents. I have, on numerous occasions accosted the offenders and asked them to move their vehicles onto the street or re-position their vehicles to allow us access. Sometimes it works and the vehicles are moved but very often I have met with rudeness, argument and even foul language. A few have simply refused to move at all.
